An exciting new development

We have been granted planning permission for a further three lakes plus a club house and new car park. This means that we will eventually have a venue to cater for up to 120+ anglers on a daily basis.

We have also been granted permission for a new road into the fishery which will make things a lot easier access wise.

We are currently also for sale - ask the owners for further details if you are interested.

The 12 acre plot for the new Fishery complex (not built yet) can be purchased separately for £200,000.

The rest of the farm is available for a further £1.6M and includes four barns with planning permission for offices, a five bedroom farmhouse and a further nine acres. The current fishery is also included in this price.
