Brian Carr Memorial Match - Peg money goes to charity

The turnout for the match was very high indeed - we were full. Clearly most of Brian's team mates from 3 Counties Angling wanted to be present.

The winning weights were not that great but a good breakfast and a barbecue helped flagging spirits a little. The guys decided to fish the match as a pairs event.

The final results were:
1st Place - Dave Lewis (peg 6) 23lb.4oz and Kim Burns 20lb.14oz. Total 44lb 2oz.

2nd Place - Stephen Probert (peg 20) 16lb and Fred Field 10lb. 4oz. Total 36lb 4oz.

3rd place - John Cleland (peg 19) 20lb.10oz and Shane Web 4lb. 8oz. Total 25lb 2oz.

The largest fish caught in the match was taken by Mark Carter at 9lb 8oz. Overall winner Dave Lewis.
